Mary Wildner, MSHS, PA-C, MPH is a certified physician assistant specializing in psychiatry. She is passionate about helping patients with a wide array of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, sleep disorders, sexual disorders, and trauma disorders. She enjoys working with veterans, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, adolescents, and anyone ready to start their mental health journey. Mary is an advocate for marginalized populations and gives back to the community by leading Safe Space Trainings as well as sexual violence bystander intervention trainings. She has an inclusive, shared decision-making, person-centered approach to her patient care.
She is a graduate of the George Washington University joint Physician Assistant & Master of Public Health program. She completed her behavioral health clinical rotation at the Washington DC VA Medical Center Mental Health Access Clinic, where she helped veterans manage conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Prior to her graduate work, Mary participated in medical research on Alzheimer's Disease and chronic psychological stress while earning her Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
